WebAug 22, 2024 · It's both good and bad. I just picked it up myself about a month ago and still keep playing it. The game is huge and there's a lot of stuff to explore but most of it is filler and not tied to the main quest (about 70% of content) but it's optional and you don't have to do it all in one play-through. WebA mage should be trained, made aware of the dangers and somehow be allowed to live a life worth living, not being shut away all day, every day in an essential prison for being born with an ability (yes it can go horribly wrong, for everyone). Giving the mages to DO something other than being a mage would help them immensely
