I used to have a list which headstamps were perfect and which would require thinning at the neck and can't find it anymore. I never use anything that says 5.56 or .223 on the headstamp as blackout. It will rip lee universal decapping pins unless you turn the pin diameter down (I am not sure how other brand's die work on them): Lube the decapping pin every 3 cases with case lube.
