WebAug 30, 2024 · 15. Monrovia, CA. Aug 29, 2024. #1. I installed a Hayward The Pool Cleaner recently but its staying in the deep end. It’s also not fully climbing the wall. I counted the RPM using the wheels and it was at 9-10 RPM. I’m assuming the suction is too low.
