Web18 mei 2010 · if you are using Quartus II 9.1 Web Edition you will not find qgui in bin. in Quartus II Web Edition the quartus binary is effectively the same as Subscription Edition's qgui, that is it uses Qt libraries instead of MainWin, and as such should be more stable and modern looking.
